The hotel maintains one of the highest Kashrus in Israel, year-round, under the respected hashgacha of Rav Moshe Nachshoni and Rabbi Ronen Lubitch. The standard meat/chicken for example is Badatz Eida Chareidis or Rav Landau. At Pesach, cuisine is non-gebrochts, non-kitniyos with Shemurah Matzah throughout - and very delicious! And, we're one of the few programs able to offer an indoor heated swimming pool, with separate swimming.
